Gym Team members can enroll--by invitation only--in either one, two or three days per week (Mon, Wed or Fri). (1½-hr sessions)

Our USAG Competitive Girls Team features some of the top competitors in the State, Region and the country. While the success of our Girls Team is one of the best-kept secrets in the nation, our combined Compulsory and Optionals Team of about 60 members is matched by only a few in the State. We have many state team titles and National Champions....and, recently, in 2007, sent 8 athletes (including 7 Region 1 Team Members) to Level 9 Western National Championships--more than any other gym in the country. In 2008, New Hope Team Members captured 3 of the 8 total Level 10 All-Around Championships at the State Championship meet in Long Beach. Our approach to competition may be relatively low-key, but our girls are happy, healthy...and successful!

Our USAG Competitive Boys Team achieved a ranking of #5 in the nation in 2006. At Nationals, in the 16-18 year old Level 10 category, five of the seven 1st Place awards in the competition were represented by New Hope Boys (floor, p-bars, high-bar, pommel, and All-Around)! In recent years, New Hope captured the Iron Man Trophy, earning the distinction as the top mens program out of about 40 member gyms in SoCal. While our athletes are all about having fun...our boys team regularly boasts of Junior Olympic National Team Members...and top honors at the VISA National Championships!
